Description

Brown glass; diamond shaped with indentation on long side for grasping; two round raised spots in indentation; Pharmacy label affixed to smooth side threaded top; lid is black plastic with raised ribbed side black rubber nipple; glass tube with tapered end; tatered end has slight curve; medication was prescribed by Dr. Gehres; bottle fits into long narrow box (4 1/4" x 1 5/8") green embossed box; box lid lifts at center; lid fits over sleeve; crystallized particles in bottle. Label reads "Worland's Pharmacy. Consists of Bottle 1983.050.001 A; Box 1983.050.001B
