Clear glass bottle; mold made as seam lines visible on shoulder; basically round bottle except has raised ribbed panels from bottom to the shoulder; bottle is approx 2-1/8" from bottom to shoulder where slopes in to form a neck 3/4" high x 1-1/8" across; has a cork stopper; about 3/4 full of white powder; printing on label identifies contents as poison Strichnine Sulphas; there is a skull and cross bones on the label
