Clear glass bottle, square shape; mold made lines are visible on shoulder; bottle is 2-1/2" high to shoulder where slopes in to form a neck 5/8" high x 1-1/4" wide; has cork stopper that has never been removed as the wax seal is still in place; bottle filled with large white tablets; white paper label printed in red and black identifies as Warner's Effervescing FLT. one side panel embossed "WM R WARNER & CO/NEW YORK/ AND/ST. LOUIS" Barnett's found item at a flea market and purchased as a donation thinking bottle would be useful in Street Scene exhibit
