Clear glass bottle; mould blown; Slightly sloping shoulders; squared edges; front and side panels indented; front panel has paper label printed in green and purple indentifying product as Rwaleigh's Pure Extract of Orange; backand side panels aer embossed; back panel reads "Raleigh's Trade Mark"; side panel reads "W.T. Rawleigh Med. Co.", other side panel reads "Freeport, ILL."; opening designed for a cork stopper and cork still in place; bubbles visible in glass.
