Clear glass bottle has a green tint; mould made and designed for a cork stopper; squared sides; slightly rounded shoulders; bottom embossed with a "6" or a "9"; front panel embossed to identify product as Caldwell's Syrup of Pepsin made by the Pepsin Syrup Co. of Monticello, Illinois; bubbles in the glass.
