Tall glass bottle with short neck; mould made and designed for cork stopper; made of clear glass with blue green tint; rounded shoulders; squared sides; 3 indented panels, 4th panel is flat with paper label which identifies product as Mountain Herb Liniment by the W. T. Rawleigh Medical Co. of Freeport, Ill.; back panel embossed reads "Rawleigh's Trade Mark" side panels embossed "W. T. Rawleigh Med Co" and "Freeport, ILL."
