Clear glass bottle; mould made and designed for a cork stopper; ring near base of neck; rounded shoulders on sides, flat on front and back; panels indented; front panel has paper label printed in green identifying product as Vanilla & Tonka Extract by the W. T. Rawleigh Medical Co. of Freeport, Ill.; back and side panels embossed with information about the Rawleigh Company; bubbles in the glass.
