Maker's label (for the syringe) appears on one end; stamped on bottom of box is "D 3 94". Label on box reads: "B-D/ONE/50YL/YALE/LAUER-LOK/50CC/HYPODERMIC SYRINGE/B-D, Yale & Luer-Lok T.M. Reg. U.S. Pat. Off./Becton, Dickinson and Company/Made in U.S.A. Rutherford, N. J." Used in Dr. William Tindall's office and donated by his widow.
