Drilling tool. Wood button at top is secured to main portion of brace by means of two small screws through a flange. The wood handle of the elbow rotates freely around the metal shaft. The bit chuck housing is completely removable by sdrewing it off. The shape starts at the button drops vertically, bends horizontally bends vertically, bends horziontally until get to chuck housing which is vertical.
