Appears to be brass w/ a brighter metal for plating; metal color is silver; has 4 sections and they are arranged in a curve on parrallel lines; each section is composed of a rectangular rhinestone; between each section are 2 smaller stones one at top and one at bottom; total of 10 rhinestones; has safety style clasp.
