It reads: "Hillenbrand/ Governer/Paid for by Hillenbrand for Indiana Committee,/ Larry Kennedy, / Treasurer" This has a peel off back to reveal an adhesive surface to attach to an automobile bumper, and was for the unsucessful gubernatorial campaign by John Hiienbrand.
