White paste board or cardboard box containing ivory colored celluloid collar buttons which have a flat disc surface approx. 5/8" diameter, a small post extends from back of disc and post terminated in rounded knob. Paper label on side of box identifies as "Celluloid Collar Buttons" manufactured by the Celluloid Co. of New York. Collar buttons were used to hold detachable collars to to shirts.Collection
