White card with two 1/2" diameter pearl buttons fastened with wire, a symblo of a flower on top ringr and lower left of card; dark blue printing and pale blue center under the buttons; back of card blank; tan cololred. Printing on card indicates the buttons are washable and has motto "A Great Name In Buttons". "lansing" printed across the top of the card. Used in sewing clothing.
