Box style fixed lens camera; viewing window located on top near carrying strap another one on side near film advance knob; 2 adjustment levers, one below lens sets aperture at 9, 11 or 16; top lever moves 2 additional lenses inside the box into position behind the main lens, the 3rd position is for the sole use of the main lens; a flash attachment by Kalart is part of camera outfit, has unused flash bulb in socket plus a flashlight style lamp below flash bulb; cable connection is place. Name plate on face of camera reads "Zeiss/Ikon" also embossed into leather cover on back is "Zeiss/Ikon/Germany" Camera subnumbered 1989.022.009A, two parts of flash attachment 1989.022.009 B & C
