Chamber stick; base is saucer shaped; edges are higher than the bottom slight raise in center to which is attached a cylinder of 3 1/2" on top of which is a flare going out 2" in dia.; cylinder is made one piece of sheet iron wrapped around itself seam curdely done; in area of seam at bottom of cylinder is an adjusting lever to raise or lowere conadle; one side of base is a finger loop with two lines pressed into metal.
Used mostly to provide light to go to bed at night.Collection
