Straight cane or walking stick; has tapered shape w/1-3/16" diameter at top and 1/2" diameter at bottom; cut in octagon shape with square edges; has brass cover at tip and brass knob handle 1-3/4" high; has an applied finish. Ira Isley 1856-1930 Donor left note stating believed Ira Isley made cane from a pole erected on public square during Democrat rally around 1912. Is possible cane made from Boss Pole of "Tilden-Hendricks 1876 campaign"
