Description

Khaki plastic (A) canteen sets in metal cup with fold down handle, enclosed in a (B) canvas lined cover with 2 snaps. On side of canteen is printed "For water only do not apply canteen to open flame or burner plates." On bottom of canteen the date 1965 appears also "U.S." Also "U.S." printed on cloth front. Has metal clip on back of canvas to fit on belt. On (C) aluminum cup handle "U.S./Hamiil Mfg. Co. Inc./1963"
