navy blue and white stripe cotton; navy stripe has white polka dots; boys dress; long sleeve with 1-1/2" cuffs edged with white eyelet ruffle 1-1/2" wide; 2 pearl buttons on the cuff; high neck has 3/4" stand up band; has 3-1/2" pointed yoke with 2 bands of white braid; front closes with 6 buttons under a box pleat; large collar edged with 1-1/2" wide white eyelet ruffle; square in back and to waist in front with notched outer edge; has 1-3/4" wide attached belt in back; hem is faced with bias bands.
