A: Shirt; navy blue, right pocket in yellow thread reads "CUB SCOUTS B.S.A.," left pocket has a gold star pin and two cloth badges top badge red with black thread, bottom badge red with yellow thread; upper right sleeve has cloth badge, blue with yellow thread reads "DEN 3;" upper left sleeve has cloth badges, top badge red with white thread reads "SHELBYVILLE," the 2nd red badge with white thread reads "IND.," the 3rd red with blue trim, with numbers in white thread reads "252," a 4th blue badge with yellow thread is of 2 horizontal bars; buttons on the uniform are black plastic.
B: Pants; yellow piping on front pockets, metal buttons and zipper, waistband with belt loops.
C: Belt; navy blue woven cloth, gold buckle embossed with BSA Cub Scout wolf emblem logo, adjustable, metal clasp at end of belt
D: Neckerchief; yellow, includes wolf logo & paw print of Cub Scouts, BSA
E: Cap; navy blue billed cap with yellow piping, includes Cub Scouts Wolf Badge on front; yellow cloth inside of cap has BSA logo, printed in blue type reading "NAME" with a line, printed on the line is "Sam Roberts"
F: Hand-tied Lanyard; black and gold plastic string, tied and knotted in diamond pattern
