Description

A piece of greenish color leather flat at one end with a buckled strap and fitted with a wristband at the other with two buckled straps. Straps have 6 holes and bright metal buckles. The "palm" or flat part is fitted with a flat piece of steel rivited onto the leather and has 2 heavy hooks fastened 1 1/2" from the top of plate of steel; also, eleven holes piercing the flat plate. Marks: :THE BOSS: is stamped on steelplace holding the hooks. Special function; Used for hand shucking corn; fits on the right hand of the corn picker.
