Musical instrument, percussion; disc shaped; center has a raised area of about 3 1/2" diameter and 5/8" high; there is a drilled hole thru center of raised area where a fabric gasket and a metal washer cushion the round head of a bolt, the underside has another fabric gasket and metal washer held in place by a wing nut threaded on the bolt.
