Description

a lady's folding fan; when looking at fan color, dark blue is on the left and slowly changes to white on right; w/silver flowers at random; in center of fan is an oval that a scenery w/a house has been drawn. There are 16 blades attached to a hub w/a small metal wire.

Use

by Flora 'Toe" Blair, at the age of 16 during her graduation ceremony.

Context

Blair later gave the fan to the donor when she lived next door at 340 W. Broadway in Shelbyville.
