Donation, 12/1984. Marked: "National Democratic Committee/Washington, D.C." Booklet titled "EVERY ONE COUNTS: THE DEMOCRATIC HANDBOOK, 1966". Booklet is 69 pages long and contains ideas and tips on how to run a compaign, illustrated with black and white pictures, full page picture of Lyndon Johnson and one of Hubert Humphrey, both with a written message. Used during the 1966 congressional campaign. Condition good.
