On the right-hand side, a boar's head sits above a crest containing an X that crosses through a diamond shape at the center. The author's name is also black-stamped at the bottom of the front cover. This photoplay edition, the Mary Pickford Edition, includes photographs of Canadian actress Mary Pickford as she appeared in the novel's 1924 film adaptation.
