A thin brown leather band goes around the waist and can be tied. This is held in place by belt loops on each side. There is an inverted pleat starting at the waist. The tag at neckline reads Mr. Blackwell of Indianapolis. Interior tag near the waist on right side reads Roth-LeCover and Dry clean only.Collection
