3 part device; lst part is foot plate which has a heel section that sits on the floor other section is designed for the right foot and it rests on an open loop of heavy gauge wire that holds together the heel and foot section; 2nd. part has a base 2 1/8" wide x 3 1/2" long, on top of base is "Y" shaped piece of metal secured by a wing nut; in crook of "Y" is another "Y" only bigger and vertical, arms of "Y" are closed by a piece that has a wire "S" hook in it and an adjustable tension spring; 3rd. part is a drumstick that clamps to the cross piece between the vertical "Y", stick has a metal shaft and fabric head. Special Function: Used originally by donor's grandfather Remarks: found inside a case along with items 83.77.2 through 83.77.13; case is 83.77.14; 1st part is 83.77.9A; second part 9B and drumstick is 9C
