a collapsable device used for hanging clothes on to dry. Sits on three wooden legs which fit through two iron collars. There is a center shaft of wood about 29 1/2" high and milled in a triangular shape. The center shaft is surmounted by two metal plates. From the lower plate there are 14 turned wood rods on a horizontal plane. It looks like a wagon wheel without the rim. A metal plate on top has: Umbrella Clothes Bars No 1 Patd.
