7 pieces; a round bottom pan 7" across and 2-3/4" deep; a rack with 5 round 2-1/4" openings fits into top of pan. Into the openings fit 5 small round 1" deep pans with pierced bottom and 2-3/4" handle, handles have raised center and rounded end. Used for paching eggs.
