(A) spectacles or eyeglasses in black papiermache case (B) that has one open end; framework of glasses are a silver color but may be a plating over brass; lenses are oval shaped; nosepiece is a piece of looped metal soldered to frame of each lens; sidepieces are straight pieces of wire that bend away from lenses and then arc back in near the far end Marks: top side of case is stamped in gold: "A.C.
