Fan made in four parts; first part is black round base that taper up to center were a vertical column rises appros. 3". hole at base for anchoring fan to surface; black motor housing sits on top of vertical column and is secured by a screw and wing nut which allows angle of tilt to fan. third part is stamped piece of black metal made intp fan blades; 4th part os a wire cage covering blades.
