Black and white image of horse drawn fire fighting equipment; vehicle is long and narrow; may be some kind of folding ladder on top of wagon bed; below the bed is open compartment between wheels for carrying tools; buckets hanging from back of wagon; fire extinguisher on running board in front of back fender; axe and lantern by driver's seat; pulled by team of dark horses; in background is frame 2 story dwelling to left in background is brick structure parts of other buildings also visible; sidewalk and curbing look new; lettering on vehicle reads "SHELBYVILLE FIRE CO., NO. 1"; emulsion scratched and print reads 'SHELBYVILLE, IND APR 1915 OREBAUGH PHOTO" lower right corner of print reads "Orebaugh Photo" One of 4 prints mounted on piece of pasteboard; but mount was weak and broken in several places; removed print to conserve it see also 1986.024.025, 026 & 027.
