device in 2 parts; 1st. part is bright metal funnel shaped tube approx. 4 3/4" long, marrowest part is 1/16" diameter other end is 7/16" diameter; 2nd. partis piece of turned wood painted black, approx. 1 3/8" long has unfinished section that inserts into part 1, has a hole drilled through it
