Heavily padded brown leather baseball glove; child's size; right handed; has 4 short stubby fingers and between thumb and first finger a leather patch is laced in place to create a pocket; finger compartments laced together; also lacing at heel of glove; strap across wrist on top side stamped in white "Spalding"; heel of glove stamped "Spalding/ Made In USA"; business side of glove has other stamping though worn but appears to be "Autograph/ Series" "Custom Made" "For" "Don Larren" "1176"
Metal button, right side top of glove stamped in red "Trade/ Spalding/ Mark" also stamped in red are marks like stitching on baseball above and below "Spalding"
During 1950's donor's sons played community ball with neighbors on Union Road; Mary Nell Runnebohm lived nearby but donor unsure of how she came in possession of glove.Collection
