A device for grinding meat. It is a gray color and cylindrical in shape; it hd 4 legs which are secured to a board which has puncheon style legs; the back end of the cylinder has a flairing hopper into which chunks of meat were dropped; at bottom of hopper is a screw which is powered by a crank handle; the screw caught the meat and carried it into cylinder where meat was ground by pressure between srew edges and cylinder walls; a four prong blade at very front of cylinder further cut meat as exited screw and a multi hole plate further reduced meat as it let cylinder. Top of screw housing just in front of hopper reads: ENTERPRISE MG. CO. PHILADELPHIA PA, MEAT HOPPER NO. 22Collection
