Black & white carte d/visite; Subject is bust view, female, sitting square to camera but head turned slightly to her right; dark hair parted in middle, arranged in small curls on top & pulled behind ears; garment is dark, appears to have floral pattern, closed in front w/single row dark buttons, series of 4 vertical ruffles on each shoulder, has white scarf wrapped around neck under jaw line; has earring but can't tell detail, wearing chain outside scarf w/shield shape pendant.
Back of mount is printed "G. Weingarth, Photographer, N.W. Cor. Public Square, Shelbyville, IN."
