Tintype (Sheet iron); Subject is upper torso female square to camera but head turned to one side; hair curly on top combed behind ears and arranged in large curl(s) handing over right shoulder (reversed image), has comb or similar device in hair; garment has full sleeves and verticle ruffle over each shoulder to waist; lace scarf at neck; some type of dangle earring; little gold color used on earring; red tinting on cheeks and lips.
