Tintype (Sheet iron); Subject is upper torso female, sitting slight angle to camera; hair combed up & back away from face & falling down back of neck; has flower above ear and open loop earring; dark garment has full sleeves, vertical ruffle over shoulders onto bodice; stand up white lace against neck and dark ribbon crossed at throat secured by pin, a chain choker around neck and long chain necklace; red tint on cheeks & lips.
