Wood handle, 7 1/2" long and tapers near the top, fits through an oval eye in the hammer head and has one metal wedge to hold it in place; hammer head is 1 3/4" at the widest x 3/4" at thickest x 3 1/2" long; at front the mmetal tapters in to form a round striking face appros. 7/8" in diameter, surface is uneven; just behind the eye the metal curves down and gegins to widen, at termination is a long narrow and beveled striking surface.Collection
