Device made of 3 pieces of tinned sheet iron. First piece has been rolled to form a cone-shaped cylinder, large opening at one end is approximately 2.25" diameter and just below opening is a crimped band, this piece tapers down to a smaller end. This piece is approximately 1" long, it fits over the smaller end of the large piece. The third piece is approximately 2.25" long; where it attaches to the second piece there is a collar and evidence of solder; inside third piece can see 2 other pieces that act like resonators; 1st & 2nd pieces are painted black & 3rd piece is unpainted
