Watercolor in blues, greens, whites, and browns; subject is two buildings left foreground dominated by brown colored building w/2 widows and central door there is lean to porch roof over door and porch roof is supported by 2 posts, above the porch roof is sign reading "SUPER/MARKET"; to the right and slightly in the background is a white building that door and window on gable end; there is a fence between the two buildings; background dominated by foliage. Harry G. "Tom" Query was born in Shelby County although unsigned work is attributed to Query because it was found with other pieces signed by him which has a nautical or tropical theme. Physical Characteristics: 14-7/8" x 11" paper
