George Jordan was an early Shelby County collector and amatuer archaeologist. Double-drilled pendant. Slate in color with two holes and two drill spottings. Some damage to the bottem end. It is 2" at the center point and it tapered from the top. Ends are rounded, smooth and polished. In 2000, Teresa Putty, Paleontologist, dated this artifact as Woodland Period, 1000 BC-AD 800.Collection
