Sepia photographic print of the exterior view of a frame house that appears to be L-shaped; small porch with some gingerbread trim, 3 porch posts, pitched roof with shingles, single dormer window above porch roof; exterior shutters on windows; board fence in front of house, 2 horizontal boards at bottom, then 2 crossed boards, another horizontal board and finally sloped cap board. A woman in a long skirt is standing at the gate post with her left arm resting on top of the post. Trees are in foliage. Inscribed in ink on back of mount: "Mary Barton Inman/(Mrs. Joshua F.)/309 East Mechanic/Taken Early 1900's". Joshua and Mary Inman were Helen Kelley's grandparents and this was their home. Donation, 08/25/1989.
