A case history reprint of an article written by Dr. Samuel Kennedy of Shelbyville, IN dealing with recovery from a gunshot wound to the chest; 8 pages long and illistrated with black and white photos; was reprinted for the "International Journal of Surgery". Condition: Paper is brittle and broken in several places, some pages dog-eared, front and back pages show dirt stains, front page loose from the rest.
