Black and white photographic print of an interurban car; picture taken in winter, snow on the ground, group of people near one end of the car all have on heavy coats. A portion of a brick building is visible in the background on the right side of the print and on the left side of print part of a wood structure is visible. Writing visible on the car shows that it was car # 319 of "THE INDIANAPOLIS AND CINCINNATI TRACTION COMPANY". Print is on a charcoal-colored cardboard mount with 2 decorative boarders. Back of mount is stamped in ink: SAMUEL H. HINKLE,/PHOTOGRAPHER,/ST. PAUL, IND. R. R. 3/ Also written in ink pen is "ST. PAUL"
