Color; inside brick structure; far end has open sliding door & above that an arched window although window appears blocked from outside; to left are 2 highway maintneance vehicles; to right a concrete dock w/various items on it, at end of dock is large pile white substance, probably salt; floor shows 4 sets of grooves; 2 grooves on left are parallel & disappear under the salt pile, 2 grooves on right parallet but curve towards & merge with other set.
