Black & white; large brick structure, has 7 small windows just above ground level & 8 large arched windows higher on wall; there may be a doorway under window on far left side; corbelling just under roof parapet; large chimney or smokestack on right side; several utility poles & lines visible; one pole near center has a man working at the top of it, there is another man on the ground looking up at the first man.
