Carved into stone under arc is a small flag on a pole. Something is missing below the flag where two small holes are visible. Inscribed into the stone: "William G./Son of/William & Nancy/KEITH/born/Oct. 10, 1840/died/_______" Bottom edge of headstone is broken making the last line illegible. On back of photo in yellow marker: "SCHS Photo/N-1377/N-1378"
