SCHS Assistant Director's husband, Randy Tungate, has identified woman in the front row, 7th from the right side of the photo, as his grandmother, Alta M. (Harbert) Wiley. The little girl beside Alta (front & left) is Tungate's mother, Carol Sue (Wiley) Tungate.
