Lid is engraved "louis H. Grover/ 82 Div/Headqrs Troop"
Lid of mess kit is stamped "437715" and handle is marked "US" and "L H A C/1917"; spoon is stamped "US" on one side and on the other is "W E W/1918"; Fork is stamped "MED DEPT USA"; Knife is stamped "AC CO US A 9"
