Unknown tool; suspect kitchen use; has turned wood handle painted red & where joins metal there is a chrome colored ring; end of tool has two working areas; one surface is a single blade w/a beveled edge & it has a crescent shape notch near the shaft; other work surface consists of 3 parallet blades w/scalloped edges.
May have been used by Horatio Davis, a Morristown School teacher, but no documentation.Collection
